Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in defending medical malpractice and healthcare-related litigation matters

• Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda

• Analyze medical records and coordinate with medical experts and professionals

• Participate in depositions, court hearings, and trial preparation

• Maintain communication with clients and support senior attorneys on case strategy

• Contribute to managing caseloads efficiently and responsibly

Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of litigation experience preferred, ideally with exposure to medical malpractice defense

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Admission to the Maryland Bar (required)

• Strong interest in healthcare defense litigation

• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills

• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively in a team environment
