LOCATION: New Whitman, MA location (opening soon) or our current Berkley, MA location (pending team transitions)

What You'll Do:

The Dispensary Team Lead will manage and facilitate critical functions of retail operations. This role works to improve dispensary sales and company image through extraordinary customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading with integrity and supporting a culture of collaboration
• Mastering seed-to-sale and point-of-sale systems
• Sharing product knowledge and educating both customers and staff
• Supporting inventory processes and assisting with stock organization
• Helping train and mentor team members
• Assisting in sales reporting and establishing daily operational standards
• Fostering a welcoming environment for customers and staff alike

What You'll Bring:

• Strong knowledge of cannabis products and trends
• Minimum of 1 year of retail cannabis experience
• Confidence with Point of Sale systems, cash handling, and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and changing schedules
• Comfortable being on your feet all day and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Excellent written and verbal communicator: clear, respectful, and easy to talk to
• You must be 21 or older (per MA state law)
